Building it the right way.

Once Planning Permission has been granted, the next stage is to add some detail to the plans. The upgraded plans required for the Building Regulation process will incorporate a full construction specification, to enable your chosen building contractor to construct your project from the information on the plans.

The plans are then submitted for Building Regulation approval. James Venton Planning & Building Design prepare all plans in house and will submit and monitor your Building Regulation application, throughout the process until full approval is obtained.
